HOW DOES PRE-ORDERING WORK?
Once you find something you like, you can purchase it. At this point you have reserved your pair of shoes, so sit back, relax and wait for your shoes to arrive. Keep in mind that shoes are shipped out 1-2 weeks after the actual release date.
WHAT SNEAKERS DO YOU GUYS SELL?
At this point in time, we are dealing with Air Jordan's, Nike x Off-White, and Adidas Yeezy's.
DOES SNEAKER GENIE HAVE A PHYSICAL BRANCH?
No, unfortunately we are strictly online based.
ARE YOUR SHOES 100% AUTHENTIC?
You bet! Our shoes are made straight from the manufacterer itself. We do NOT and NEVER will deal with "gray market" sneakers. Please feel free to check out what people have said recently in our testimonial page for a peace of mind.
DO YOU GUYS EVER SELL SNEAKERS EARLY?
Sorry there, lad! We do not sell any shoes early. We ship shoes out 1-2 weeks after release date to the general public. We understand that it is a pain in the butt to wait 1-2 weeks, but our low prices reflect the waiting time.
DO YOU DO BULK ORDERS?
Yes. In the event that you would like to set up an order in bulk, please reach out to us and we can set something up. Keep in mind that the ideal time to do large ordering is about 2 months or so before release date.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Yes, you can, but only up until a certain point. You can exchange your size if you decide you want a different size after purchase; but not if the shoe has released and it has been shipped and received. We may also reject the request if it is approaching it's release date.
WILL YOU GIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT TO AN ITEM THAT GOES ON SALE SHORTLY AFTER I PURCHASED IT?
We can not offer price adjustments. Our prices are strictly based on where the market is at that point in time. Please be sure that you make your purchases with confidence.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM! WHAT DO I DO?
We do encourage you to buy with confidence. Shoes may be returned, but there is a 20% restocking fee, for any return that is beyond my control. Shoes may not also be returned it is approaching release date. It is up to our discretion.
WHY ARE THE SHOES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A WEEK AGO?
Our prices are based on the lower end of the market. IF the price, or "hype" of a shoe starts to go up, then our price may go up as well. Also, if we find out that a shoe will in fact be very limited, then our prices will reflect that. In the end, our MAIN focus is to have the lowest price in town.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREEÂ for those in the U.S. Shipping is $25Â for those outside of the U.S.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We do not. The price listed, is the price you pay (for those that live outside the U.S. shipping of $25 is added).
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT USING PAYPAL?
Visit PayPal's website and sign up, if you are not already a registered user. When you are prompted to sign in using your PayPal credentials (during check out), sign in and let PayPal lead the way to help you check out.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
It MOST DEFINITELY IS! We would like for you to safely shop; so have it, and buy up!!
DO YOU ALLOW MONEY ORDERS, OR CASHIER'S CHECKS?
